The form
Token eligibility
Explain why the cultural phenomenon behind this token qualifies for verification. The criteria depend on the token’s category (Pet, Person, Trend, Meme, Brand, Character, Game, etc.) — the form shows you what’s expected.

Supporting links
Provide metadata about the IP: official website, social accounts (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and category-specific links like originating posts, creator socials, or media coverage.
Verifier details
Declare your relationship to the IP:
- Creator tokens: Original Creator or Authorized Representative (+ company and role if representative)
- Community tokens: Community Lead or Community Member
IP rights
Upload supporting documents. Five types are accepted:
- Proof of Creation — original files, drafts, or records proving you made it
- Copyright — registration certificates or declarations of authorship
- Name, Image, Likeness — NIL or consent agreements
- Trademark — registration or ownership documents
- License Agreement — written permission from the original creator
After you submit
Your request goes to moderators for review — typically within 7 business days. They may reach out for additional info. Once approved:- The Trend gets the verification badge — visible everywhere.
- Locked fees are released and start distributing.
- A Story Protocol IPA and PIL are registered on-chain.
- Creator tokens: the owner can endorse tokens as Official or Liked and access the owner dashboard.
- Community tokens: the verifying token is automatically marked Official and the treasury + governance unlock.
